Welcome to our website! We are located in sunny central Florida. Curlytop Poodles was started with Charity (Raymond's Bundle of Charity CD), over fifteen years ago. I was raised with Toy and Miniature Poodles and have always enjoyed Poodles. I was given my first Standard Poodle, Charity, when I was fifteen, after I lost my Toy Poodle, Precious. Charity was a little over two years old and attached to my mother. It took a little work and training with me and she soon became my dog. We trained in obedience and agility and competed in 4-H shows. We entered our first AKC shows when I was seventeen and Charity was eight. Charity earned her CD and by that time I was graduating from highschool and she was having hip probelms, so we never went on to Open. I lost Charity when she was ten years old and spent the next two years researching breeders before finding Chauncey (Curlytop's Wild Child CD RN). I have since added several more Standards to my home and am active in obedience and tracking with my dogs. I hope to get started in hunting later and I am training the basics now. I am also an active member of the Orlando Poodle Club and the Tracking Club of Central Florida.
At this time I am not breeding any of my girls. They have all been spayed and are enjoying their training.
I also have a horse, Toby, who shares my home and time. You can find out more about what we do and my Poodles on the following pages. Thank you for visiting and please come back to find out what we are doing. |
